This is on the increase in the Fish Hoek precinct. Eight frauds were reported,four at ATMs linked to card skimming devices.
See below for a video of card skimming. On the weekend,too,the police were looking for people using these devices in Main Road,Fish Hoek,ATMs. The suspects are always well dressed;the last lot were “black” men and the description included white shirts and a glittery belt.
