We are still not getting crime info at the weekly joint meetings,hence the relative paucity of information. We do know that housebreakings remain relatively high at eight for the week ending Thursday morning,plus two business break-ins,making a total of 10 for the week. Silverglades had two (including one assault). The Victorian Times was broken into again and had liquor stolen. Most crime took place on Friday with four break-ins (Beach Rd,Noordhoek,Evergreen Lane and The Glen,Silverglades,and 10th Ave,Fish Hoek,where NWs and police made an arrest. (Also on the 12th,there was a theft out of a motor vehicle). Other break-ins we know of were in Vancouver Crescent,Capri,Holly Close and Jacaranda Close,Faerie Knowe. In Simonstown Road,a handbag was stolen from a house through an open window.

Two vehicles were stolen,one in Ketch St,Sun Valley;and there were five thefts out of motor vehicles (we know of three:Emerald Crescent,Fish Hoek,and Bordeaux Rd and Waboom Road,Sunnydale). There was an attempted theft of a car battery in Nelson Road.
